What is stored on your device
The site stores progress, times, streak, language and settings in your browser's local storage. This is necessary for the game to work the way you use it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). This data does not leave your device. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Hosting
The site is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). With every request, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier and the previously visited page. The purpose is to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and detect errors. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and fast site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Visitor numbers
We only see how often the site is visited as aggregated figures that Cloudflare compiles on its servers from the connection data. There is no script on the site for this, no cookies and no access to your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages to the contact address are forwarded by Cloudflare to the operator's mailbox. They are deleted once the request is settled and no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
